Hi! My name is Jacqueline, and I started this blog when I was procrastinating from studying on a cerebral Sunday morning. I am a ~~second year~~ ~~3rd year~~ 4th year medical student, I got married in July ’10, and I love to cook and bake! I’m hoping this blog will be a place for me to share my adventures in the kitchen! Two things that might help you understand the recipes I will be posting on this blog : 1) I love to run and 2) I love sweets, therefore I hope to be posting a lot of substantial, good tasting but healthier meals with a splattering of sweets and treats!

I think one of the hardest things about cooking is deciding what to make! There are so many options out there – different types of meat, or fish, or no meat at all, different versions of different recipes, some healthy recipes that takes delicious, some healthy recipes that taste disgusting, and then some not so healthy recipes that are definitely worth splurge – and some that aren’t. Sorting through them all and trying to find the good ones is sometimes a bit of a challenge. I really hope that this blog becomes a place where I can share recipes I’ve either found or created, which will actually be worth your time to try.

I’m so happy you started this, I will pass it along to my friends, it’s great that it’s not just cookies even though I love to bake them. You and John look so cute. Think about the time we made sushi, that would be a good blog entry. What fun.
